Hi.
I'm not a Solaris expert but according to the InfoCenter you may need the
Business Integration Server too.
See below:
You must install WebSphere Portal on top of the following supported version
of WebSphere Application Server.
WebSphere Application Server (required on portal machine) Notes
Windows/UNIX
+ IBM WebSphere Business Integration Server Foundation Version 5.1.1
running on WebSphere Application Server 5.1.1.3 The following WebSphere
Application Server interim fixes are also required:
a.. PQ91124
b.. PQ92527
c.. PQ90654
d.. PQ94554
e.. PQ97031
f.. PK01392
g.. PQ99499
h.. PQ97083
i.. PK00346
j.. PQ99864
k.. PK00049
l.. PQ99966
m.. PK01733
n.. Refer to the WebSphere Portal Release Notes for the latest
information about fixes.
Notes: If you have an existing copy of WebSphere Business Integration
Server Foundation Version 5.1.1 installed, see the
was_root/properties/version/history directory for a collection of installed
fixes.
These interim fixes are provided with the WebSphere Portal product in
the was51_fixes/operating_system/fixes directory on the Setup disc. You can
also download the fixes directly from the WebSphere Application Server
support site.
Hope this helps.
