I have Xp Home, FP2003 and wish to use Active Server Pages on my site. I
want to develop the entire site on my computer before I put it on the host
site.

I downloaded the FPSE but now I'm told that I need to be running IIS4. Is
this a part of XP? can I download it? is it something that I need to purchas
e?
