Hey guys

i have the following senario where i have an Avaya Definand i am trying
to integerate with an IPCC 6 (ICM 6, ISN 2.1 aka CVP, CCM)
where basically the calls will come on a cisco Voive Gateway and then it
goes to the ISN which is our routing client then it checks with the ICM
where to route the call where it would tell it most probably to route to
the definity in theory this all works when it comes to integerating it
together its a bit of a problem ... as a gatekeeper must be involved...
and now i have two issues

1. integerating the Avaya Definity with the Gatekeeper
2. the actual scripting on the ICM ... when scripting on the ICM do i
route to service where it coresponds to VDN on Avaya or do i route to
skill group ...

its worth mentioning that our integeration is a cmsless one like right now
we are working on a lab enviroment one and there isnt a cms involved yet

anyone can help me with this .. or can point me in the direction where i
can find neccasry documentation ..

Is your goal here to be able to IVR calls to anyone on the Definity, or make
a call center?

Hey Philip,

My goal is to route the call from ISN Internet Service Node currently known
as in cisco as... cisco Voice Portal CVP to Definity ACD where there are
agents that are logged on the definity

DO you want the ICM to be able to track/manage the call within the definity
(agent status etc), or simply release the call to the Definity and stay out
of the loop?
