Hi All,

I have BTS 2006 with SQL Server 2005. Configuration for BAM Alert is OK. I
set up Alert in Activity search. All looks ok, but I didn;t get alert email.
Is there anything special I need to do?

Thanks,

Best Regards,
Alan Yu

Hi,

Couple of things to verify here
1) After you set up the Instance alert, did you submit a message or insert
an activity instance using API, that fulfills the condition of the alert?
2) Have you tried File transport for the alert?
3) Do you get any errors in the event log?
