We use taps to set up all the phones with the unique number (DN) on each pho
ne. Then we set up shared lines manually.

Subject: [cisco-voip] TAPs and shared lines
I read on the cisco discussion forum that TAPS does not support auto-registe
ring phones that have shared lines. We have a lot of attorney's that share
lines with there legal assistants. Will TAPS fail in this environment?
Also, does anyone have any documentation on how to use TAPS with cisco Exten
ded Services rather then CRS?
Pete
