I read on the cisco discussion forum that TAPS does not support
auto-registering phones that have shared lines. We have a lot of
attorney's that share lines with there legal assistants. Will TAPS fail
in this environment?

Also, does anyone have any documentation on how to use TAPS with Cisco
Extended Services rather then CRS?

Pete

We use taps to set up all the phones with the unique number (DN) on each pho
ne. Then we set up shared lines manually.
