Can anyone recommend a good CTI integration package, looking to add
integration for Outlook dialling initially and other possibly any other

I was looking to do the same, but too many other priorities to keep
investigating.  Two vendors that I know have an Outlook dialer are:

 

Aptigen

Digital Dynamics

 

They both have demos that you can run and try....
