Does anyone know if there is a release date yet?

We had heard February, 2006, but nothing from our liason...

As far as I know cisco has stated first half of 06

I know its coming. It is in final stages of testing and has been out to
vendors for beta testing for some time.

Thanks,

Well, we played with the beta (when cisco accidentally posted it on their
web site), we were just wondering when a live version would be released, as
we have quite a few customers who want to be as far away from Windows as
possible.

troubleshooting is going to be unpleasant until we get used to using the RMT
to pull traces.

Are these new clients or existing clients? If new, fine, but if existing, be
forewarned that feature parity may not be in v5. I'm not quite sure, but yo
ur SE can probably get you a feature train comparison, i.e. will 4.1(3) feat
ures be in v5 or v5.1?

Some new, most old, who have ICS7750s running 3.3 that need to be
replaced... So, I doubt we are going to lose much more than we are going to
gain.
