I did not recognize anything wrong in the binding file but try this:
remove all of the ports and attempt the import.  If that works then add
the two SAP ports and try the import again.  If that works then your
problem is with one of the FILE ports.  I am wondering what BizTalk
would do if those folder paths do not exist.
