Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere but im not seeing it

just recently installed exchange 2003 on a Win 2k3 STD machine.

went through all the usual steps to enable SSL and FBA on OWA

issue now is when logging onto the webmail using https OR http, i am
still being prompted by
the old pop up for a user name and password. i need some advice or
suggestions on getting the FBA enabled

anyone please help.
