Hello

We are using BTS 2002 for an EAI application that has been in production for
about 9 months.

Lately we have noticed that there are many retransmission errors with some
partners. After analyzing network captures we have noticed that the number
of
TCP connections established with these "unstable" partners is very high
(about 0.8 connections per message). (This problems occur with 1-way SSL)

To send messages to partners we use a custom AIC that calls the Submit
method of the BTSInterchange class. I would like to know how does BizTalk
manage the TCP connections under a Submit call. How is it that with some
partners the amount of TCP connections negotiated is higher than with
others?
What is the default timeout? Is there any way to configure all this? I can't
find any information in the BizTalk documentation!
