Hi,
We have got the following client requirements for reporting. Please let
me know if this can be achieved using CS 2002 standard reporting
functionality. Kindly give a brief outline of how to achieve the same.
1.Reports to help with catalogue management e.g. non-selling items. This
should be weekly and able to be produced on an ad-hoc basis if possible.
Should contain brand, product, number of items sold
2.Web statistics

Please help us out since this is a very urgent requirement and we have no
clue as to howto proceed.

I know that CS has a top 10 products sold report. You might be able to tweak
this to get the bottom 10 ? There are alreday a lot of reports w.r.t web
traffic analysis. I suggest you go through the existing reports in BizDesk t
o
check and validate if they meet your requirements.
