Does anybody know where to find (good) instructions for compiling
Apache mods on Win32/cygwin? I have tried and failed to get apxs to
work with cygwin. Apparently there's a platform limitation that
prevents it from building shared libraries the way apxs expects. Is it
possible to use apxs on Windows?

Thanks,
Dave
