I got vhosts and if I need to add another one I need to create vhsost
and reboot the apache.
Is some way to add vhost without restart apache ?

only way is to use the graceful restart:

/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl -help

/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl graceful
