I created a guestbook on my website www.doubledirtydozen.com but it comes up
blank. When I contacted by web host, they aren't seeing any code for the
guestbook, just blank. My hitcounter works fine, and the web host supports
FP Svr Exts. Why is it not pulling up on the server when I can see it
clearly on my end?

Not sure where you went wrong here. Start with File >> New >> Page and then
select Guestbook. When you do this, it creates the Guestbook page and then a
page called guestlog.htm

Once someone fills out the form, they return to Guestbook page and refresh
to see their entry.

The form contents go to guestlog.htm and are then displayed via an Includes
file on the Guestbook page.

The FrontPage Guestbook isn't fancy, nor is it secure.

This page will give you a few tips.
