Does anyone know how to retrieve a key from Windows Server 2003 where
the certificate request was generated?

Reader's Digest:  I used IIS to generate a certificate request.  I
received the certificate from the CA and installed it.  Ended up
playing around with the cert and removed it, then re-added it, which
"reset" IIS into thinking there was no private key associated with the
certificate.  Anyone know how to get that private key back and
associated with the certificate?
