Does anyone know whether it is possible to install Biztalk 2004 on Windows
XP outside a domain?

The information in the setup guide talks about using local accounts and it
seems to me to be possible. However, the Enterprise Single Sign-on installs
OK, but the service is not visible. It seems to me that this requires a
domain, but I don't know how to turn installation of this service off.

The reason for installing Biztalk on a PC outside a domain is to get some
testing machines that doesn't interfere with the company network

Any help appreciated :-)

Best regards,
Vemund Haga

Hello Vemund, works fine (I've done it many many times). The only thing
to make sure is that the user account has a password, that fast user switchi
ng
is turned off - and that simple file sharing is off.
