Hi

I have BizTalk server deployed and connecting to a SQL 2000 server. This
server has SP3a and SQLXML3 installed on it.

I am using the SQL Adapter to send data to a database on the same SQL
server. The problem I encounter is the messages sent to the adapter fail wit
h
the following error:

Description:
The adapter "SQL" raised an error message. Details "File or assembly name
Microsoft.Data.SqlXml, or one of its dependencies, was not found.".

I was prompted to install MDAC before I could complete the BizTalk
installation, which I completed. I think I may have installed a version high
than what I was prompted for, however it did then allow me to complete my
BizTalk installation.

I've seen a post about deploying SQLXML which I tried, with no success.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you installed the SOAP Toolkit?

Hi

I tried to install the SOAP toolkit and was prompt to Repair. I did this and
still had the same result.

I then uninstalled SOAP and SQLXML, reinstalled MDAC 2.8, SOAP and SQLXML.
Doing this has fixed the problem.
