I have setup a NNTP server with the following groups:
foo.test
foo.windows

If anyone send a mail to foo.test@bar, I want it be posted
to group foo.test automatically. Can anyone help me?

Have a search at MSDN for SMTP Event Sinks,
you can either script or program an smtp event sink,
and let CDO post the message to the newsgroup.
