This information isn't stored per file. IIS uses a heirachical metabase -
lower level objects (e.g. files/folders) in inherit parent settings if these
is no setting specifically for that file/folder.
You could easily write a piece of VBScript that recurses throught the
metabase to write out where the setting is defined.
Alternatively, choose to set the parent/root website to "not required". You
will then be prompted with a list of locations where a different setting is
already set, and whether you want to override the setting. Write this list
down. Click "Cancel"
