Here's the loop I am in...

Note: On my single domain controller running Windows 2000 I ran adprep last
Dec from an Exchange 2003 cd. Now I am trying to install a new Windows 2003
into the AD. When I run the AD Install Wizard it tells me to run adprep.
When I run adprep it tell me it has already run.

Message#1 On a New Windows 2003 Server
AD Install Wizard on new Windows 2003 Server
The operation failed because:
The Active Directory Installation Wizard cannot continue because the forest
is not prepared for installing Windows Server 2003. Use the Adprep
command-line tool to prepare both the forest and the domain. For more
information about using the Adprep, see Active Directory Help.
"The version of the Active Directory schema of the source forest is not
compatible with the version of Active Directory on this computer."

Message#2 - On the Existing Windows 2000
ADPrep /ForestPrep or ADPrep / DomainPrep on old Windows 2000 Server
w/Exchange 2003.
Forest-wide information has already been updated.
[Status/Consequence]
Adprep did not attempt to rerun this operation
