trash them all starting from the
HKLM/SoftwareMicrosoft/Biztalk Server

You should not touch reg key during bts installation/uninstallation.

FYI, the reg key is at  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Bi
