Hi All,

I am using the Commerce Server 2006 Beta and am having problems getting it
configured. I am wondering if anybody has experienced problems trying to
install commerce server on one server and then use a different server for
the databases? I have tried to do that but when I open Catalog Manager I
cannot login because I get errors about the web service being unavailable.
Am I doing something wrong or is installing on two different servers not
supported. The app pool account is set to the domain name\CSWPA user. Am
I using a wrong user account for the app pool?

I have also tried to use a domain user account for the services and the data
bases.
I have installed on two brand new servers and it is not working. What do
I need to do to get this to work. The app pool is set to the same user accou
nt
that the commerce server services and the database user is set to. In Author
ization
Manager the user account that every other part of Commerce Server is using
is on all four authorization stores. I am also getting an error that the
web service is unavailable in Catalog Manager. If someone can help guide
me thru the install that would be great.
