The webpage fetch utility, WGET, has been updated.
You now may request more than one page per email, and you do it by putting
the request in the body of the message:
x-wget: www.cnn.com
x-wget: www.halturnershow.com
x-wget: www.foxnews.com
x-wget: www.drudgereport.com
etc.
No limit on number of requests, but bytes sent per email is limited. See
below for a writeup. Please ask here if you have questions.
WEB PAGE SERVER
If you want to fetch web pages from some site and do it
anonymously, you can subscribe by sending an email to
wget@eelbash.org, with a subject of: subscribe
When you return the confirmation message that will be sent, you
will be added to the allowed list
To request the web pages, send an email to wget@eelbash.org.
In the body of the message, for each web page you want, put:
x-wget: webpageurl1
x-wget: webpageurl2
etc.
where 'webpageurlx' is the url of the desired web page, for
example: www.cnn.com
The web page will sent to your email address as an
attachment.
You may request as many urls as you want in each email but about
200kb is the maximum per request. Anything larger will be
deleted before it is sent.
At present, there are no limits on the number of requests per
registered email address, or their frequency, but I'll put in
limiting if it is needed, and update this note.
