Nick,
I don't think this is coming from Commerce Server. Can you go into the
event viewer, open the event, click the Copy button, then paste the full
event (including source, ID, etc) into a reply? Maybe we can then point
you in the right direction (COM+/ASPNET/IIS/Whatever).

Got the following sequence of errors in my App Event Log this morning.
APP EVENT 1:
The run-time environment has detected an inconsistency in its internal
state. Please contact Microsoft Product Support Services to report this
error. Error in .\obja.cpp(157), hr = 80131014: Couldn't get an IUnknown
from GetObjectInterface we expected.
APP EVENT 2:
aspnet_wp.exe (PID: 1964) stopped unexpectedly.
Using Commerce Server 2002 SP2 on Windows 2000 Advanced Server with the .NET
Framework 1.0 SP2. Anyone else getting this? Solutions?
