I am trying to install FPSE on a W2K3SP1 IIS6 server. Once i complete the
process via Add/Remove applet i am trying to open the
"http://Server_Name:5663/fpadmdll.dll" page to extend FPSE to sites. I keep
getting a "Service Unavailable" message. What am i doing wrong or what other
setting needs to be tweaked to get this working? I am a Admin on the server.

I have set up a test server and the same process works. The target server is
no different (from what i know) to the test server though it is Production
and re-imaging it is not an option.

Yes, I have searched tech-net/Premier/Google and this newsgroup with out any
success.
