I assume you want to have data integrity so if computer "A" writes to
the disk, you want computer "B" to see the new data, and vise-versa.
If that is the case then you need to purchase some rather expensive
software like Tivoli's SANergy.
If you really need to do this w/o spending a lot of money, then I'd
just add some dedicated 1Gbit networking cards that support binding
between the two PCs, and have the NT box mount the disk as a share on
the W2k3
