Another (stupid ?) question :
I have FCS 1.5:
Is it possible to the server to get result from a php page ?
I tried LoadVars
var myVars = new LoadVars();
myVars.sendAndLoad("http://www.mywebsite.com/test.php", myVars, "POST");
and I get
ReferenceError: LoadVars is not defined
I was told FCS1.5 does not recognize LoadVars : is there an alternative to
get external result from a php page ?

In FCS all you have as an option is Remoting. Loadvars is not available. =
It
is in FMS2.

I doubt you need a testimonial to using LoadVars in FMS 2.0, but I =20
used it and it works very easily and well.

I have bought Flashcom 1.5 PRO a few days before FCS 2 came out.
I did not want to buy the FMS2 because of the very week number of
connections :
it has decreased from 2500 to... 150 !
(Maybe I am wrong but it was the initial deal).
How much it would cost me to upgrade to FMS2 with 500 connections.
(I am a freelance developper: I cannot afford spend 40,000 $ in licences)
and by the way:
there is NO SOLUTION for FCS1.5 users to make a LoadVars ?

material detailing the professional profile system, which addressed that =
connection limit you initially spoke of. Please check the list archives =
for details about Dyanmo which is the 2.0.1 release which included =
profiles to determine the limits of your professional license.
As for LoadVars, no - you cannot do load vars from the server-side on =
1.5

How much it would cost me to upgrade to FMS2 with 500 connections.
(I am a freelance developper: I cannot afford spend 40,000 $ in =
licences)
and by the way:
there is NO SOLUTION for FCS1.5 users to make a LoadVars ?
