Whenever I try to publish a profile I get the following error:

The refresh page on the site could not be accessed. The returned error is:
500 Internal Server Error.

Also the "Application Status" in the Publish Profile pages is always
"Waiting..", except right after a publish fails where it is "publish
failed".

I have checked permissions on all the folders in both the BizDesk & my
application. Any ideas?

/harry

Hi Harry,

Are you still having this problem? If you are still seeing the issue,
change the MSCSEnv = PRODUCTION to MSCSEnv = DEVELOPMENT in the global.asa
file. Reset IIS and try to run it again. Please let me know the details of
the error you get after these changes.

Thanks

Fidelis,

That is how my BizDesk is currently configured, and that is the error
message I still get.
