I am newbie in IBM Websphere Administration.
Actually since last 3 years I am working as system admin in Linux/Windows/So
laris etc.

In current organization I am working on system admin as well as websphere ad
ministration and responsibilities are install ibm websphere application serv
er on Solaris, Windows, Linux etc.

Also, current organization my core compentencies is deploying the e-business
 applications, configuration, websphere server sizing, monitoring webspehre 
resources, worked performance and tuning, websphere scalability etc.

I never worked on IBM portal server, MQ administration, scripting like wsadm
in, ant, jacl etc. but working as purely websphere application server.

I worried about my career path? I am confused about choose career in system 
administration or websphere administration?

It seems that current organization do not have any scope to improve the skil
lset in websphere administration as this is not high scale application and a
lso some websphere resources configuration limitations.

I need you valuable advise about my career move?
Please share your thoughts on websphere administration?
Is the websphere administration have the good future?
What are the mandatory skillset required for websphere administration?
