Server extensions have been re-installed and previously created forms are
working fine but new forms return the error that says that the extensions
aren't installed or are not functioning properly. This is our form.

Open the online site in FP and the form page and resave it, the check it in 
preview in browser

When trying to open the site online it returns an error that states
"Documents in this folder are not available." We host our own site so I work
live to the server.

Our IT guy did that last week which did solve the problem but then the next
form(s) we created returned an error again. Any clue as to what would be
causing this?
