Hello

I'm searching for a free program ( based on php ) to share some files
through the web ( kind of web store )  .

1. With Authentification ( basic , or mysql/postgres)
2. Where users can put their files, deleted old ones .

Any suggestions ?

Skip php and configure your server to provide DAV access?
