I have installed WebSphere Portal 5.1. It runs fine under Cloudscape on
Win2003 and DB2 is on the local machine

I want to migrate from Cloudscape to DB2. And I am using

WPConfig.bat create-local-database-db2

It fails on creating the Database for DB2 content Manager runtime.

In the Trace files it is trying to execute is

Create database jcrdb15 using CODESET UTF8 TERRITORY US

The UTF8 on the create database statement is incorrect. It should be UTF-8.

I have gotten so far and unable to find a workaround. Does anyone have quick
solution or a workaround ?
