Just several days ago, I encountered this same problem with the same
message, except that I inadvertantly set the calendar back two months,
instead of ahead. The result was the same: whenever I tried to start FMS, it
spontaneously shut down. (There seemed to be a delay of 4 or 5 seconds, but
the log file indicated that the shutdown was immediate. Perhaps the apparent
delay was related to the refresh interval for the OS Services panel.)

Before I discovered the message in the Server.log file, I tried rebooting,
which didn't help, and reinstalling FMS, which didn't help. Once I found the
message in the log file, I realized that the calendar had the worng  date,
and I corrected the problem by setting the calendar back to the correct
date; now it's working well again.

Even when removing FMS, erasing all files and directories, and them
reloading FMS, it seemed to retain some sort of tribal memory of the
previous installation, possibility through register entries that were not
removed. I don't really know why it behaves as it does, but it may be some
sort of check against attempts to circumvent license restrictions.

BTW, I am unaware of any other apps that may have been affeccted by the
change in the calendar, although there certainly may have been some. I
expect that the issue is not in the operating system but rather in the
individual apps.
