I am trying to start the full test environment but i couldn't. I am getting 
following error message.

Error is
Message Key: _ERR_USER_AUTHORITY
Message: The user does not have the authority to run this command "ToolsLogo
n".


Following is error message that i am able to see when i start the full test 
environment.
