So, bug CSCeg88885 states a error about RTMT not
emailing because of a popup error about inetcomm.dll
not being found on a new server with a OS 2000.2-7
install. The bug is marked as resolved and workaround
is unknown. Theres no fixed-in version mentioned
either.

Have a similar issue where RIS DC service is
terminating on a server that was first installed with
2000.2-7 and before the service terminates theres
popups about INETCOMM.DLL not being found. The file is
not on any server in the cluster. RIS DC is only
crashing on the publisher. It works for awhile then
CCMAdmin gets really slow and reports wrong status's.
The service can't be stopped normally from services or
control panel and has to be killed.

Is copying the inetcomm.dll file from another server a
fix for this? Anyone else see this before?
