Hi,

what about the nym.panta-rhei.eu.org?

No rlist.txt I found contains it's caps-string.

I'm currently using QS so I asked for panta's key directly. I got the
caps-string alltogether with the keys.

QS still tags the keys 'nameless' despite the caps string being imported
as well.

Any clue?

I can't remember why this happens but all you have to do is re-name the key

QS will allow you to do this.
