I am trying to have for results sent to email. I am getting the error about
the frontpage extentions but I think that's just because I don't have it on
my computer but when I actually publish it will be okay.

The form is located at
http://www.thekeepinitrealcollectio...ppointments.htm

What else could I be doing wrong with it?

Please help.

The URL you posted returns a "404 page not found error"

Sorry. Please try www.devinebarberstudio.com
Then press appointments at the top of the page.

Thank you for your help.

Your web site does *not* have FP server extensions installed, according to:
www.devinebarberstudio.com/_vti_inf.html (which is how you determine if they
do)

The site is redirected to another site. The devinebarberstudio.com does not
have Frontpage extentions but the site I am directing it to does. It is
www.thekeepinitrealcollection.com.

I was looking at the the html. I'm wondering if I have the ACTION tag
filled out right. It says:

<form method="POST" action="--WEBBOT-SELF--" onSubmit="" name="Appointments"

Has the remote host enabled/configured the forms to email transport on the
extensions?
And, Since thekeepinitrealcollection.com web is the one with extensions, the
email address must be within that domain, not the devinbarber.com email
address.
