I want to send an e-mail message (using an xslt-transform to html-format it)
with an attached image-file in Biztalk 2004. The first part is done, but how
do I attach a file to the e-mail?

Set the Attachments property programmatically within the message context to
the path and file name of the image you want attached.

The link you are pointing to is Biztalk 2006. I'm using BTS 2004...

Scott Woodgate has a blog entry on April 19, 2004
(http://blogs.msdn.com/scottwoo/arch.../19/116298.aspx), but it
appears as if his entry is the same as what's listed in the documentation.
Also note that the examples discussed are not exclusive to Infopath, so it
should be relevant to what you're trying to do...
