I'm working on a design for a potential customer to replace their Avaya PBX
with a centralized CallManager deployment. The customer is using a product
called TASKE ACD, which I haven't seen before. The customer is using if for
reporting and displaying the status of agents in their call queues. This
software doesn't have a CallManager integration so I'm going to have to
replace that functionality.
I could use IPCC Express but the customer's call groups are very basic so I
could easily implement the call flow in CallManager so I'm looking for
suggestions on 3rd party products that would give the reporting and
monitoring functionality at a lower cost than putting IPCC in place.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
