Fail create agreement(http://biztalk2004/sites)

Dear Friends

I have created Partner profile using http://biztalk2004/sites/BASSite/ and
then added some agreement using
http://biztalk2004/sites/BASSite/Li.../AllItems.aspx. Then
deactivate them because I need to redeploy the orchestration. then try to
activated the agreements through the BT website but when I done with
deployment, I could not reactivate the agreements. I cannot remember the
error message I got. I think the site complained about wrong configuration.

So I deleted both agreements and try to create new ones with the same names
but I got this error message:

Fail to create agreement.

The 'http://www.microsoft.com/BitTalk/KwTpm:AddendumId" element has an
invalid value according to its data type.

An error occured at , (1,922).

I even try to undelploy the partners but I got this error message but I do
not know how to follow the instruction in the error message to fix the
problem:

Failed to undeploy partner, 'Supplier ABC'. Party 'Supplier ABC' has been
enlisted and hence cannot be deleted. Detach the party from the following
roles and try again. <Role
'Supplier'('mycompany.BizTalk.CSS.Orchestration.Purchasing :
Avanade.BizTalk.CSS.Orchestration, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=e1dcf1a39a6b3b3e')> <Role
'PolicyConsumer'('Avanade.mycompany.CSS.Orchestration.MinimumOrderValuePolic
yType
: mycompany.BizTalk.CSS.Orchestration, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=e1dcf1a39a6b3b3e')>

Is there a way I can fix the problem I face to be able to create the
agreement.

Thanks in advance.
Amir Eshterayeh
