Hi,
I believe we should first try to determine if this is a client or server
side issue. Many dynamic report issues were caused by client-side
configurations like Office Web Control and IE security setting.
You may test accessing BizDesk from other client machines with OWC
installed and ensure the Commerce site has been added to Trusted zone. See
if the same problem can be reproduced.
