Hi,

I have a question with Biztalk 2004, based on my understanding, Biztalk
Global Tracking Option is turn on by default, by turning off tracking gives
BizTalk a performance boost by telling it not to track events in its trackin
g
tables, disable it will disable the whole tracking subsystem. So my question
will turning off Global Tracking Option impact HAT? In what circumstance we
need to turn off this tracking option?

Turning off the global tracking option disables the tracking interceptors
for the entire BizTalk group. There is a sample of how to do this with WMI
in BTS 2006 here:

It should be a very similar, if not identical, call in BTS 2004.

These articles should help provide a case for enabling or disabling
tracking globally:

still applicable).
