instruction on setting up the recording and monitoring for ipcc ex 4.0.3
I can not find documentation on how to set this up and get it going. My
callcenter is up..my desktop agent and supervisor are configured.. But I
cant find any info on the spaning port config and what needs to be done on
the crs server or anything can some Please Help
