It may be OK for selected files suck as *.doc or *.txt but it is NOT
intended for *.*, does not back up registry or system state and is not
meant as a backup replacement.  When I tried as *.* it crashed many
times, BUT tech support has been excellent, and we agree that as it is
not the application for my needs they have graciously agreed to a full
refund.

Yes I am giving Ian a full refund because what he really wanted was more of
a full system backup.
