Hi everybody,
is there any way to abandon package changes in aptitude? "Q' saves
package states for further usage. I cannot find any command to discard
this changes.

Press the ? key to get into aptitude's help, and you'll see this:

If you just want to browse through the aptitude lists, start aptitude as
a normal user. Any changes you make will be ignored when you exit
aptitude (as a normal user).

Don't become root unless it's for real.
