From time to time I'm getting dozens and hundreds of these:

Components.Application: Catastrophic failure
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80090005):
AuthManager(CommerceServer): Most probably the AuthTicket has been Encrypted
using a different EncryptionKey. Just refresh the same page again and

What exactly does this exception mean? How and why is it generated and how
may I resolve this issue.
It's a bit weird to throw an exception an then say you only have to refresh
the page?!?
