    Outgoing smtp disclaimer issue

I am following kb article 317680 to add a disclaimer to outgoing smtp messag
es and I am stuck at the step where I need to use the smtpreg.vbs file.  Is 
says this file is installed with Exchange SDK.  I have been searching google
 for about 45 minutes now l
ooking for a place to download Exchange SDK.

Please help.

You do not need the complete SDK, you can find the file here:
