Is there a way to dynamically asign an encryption certificate to a send port
so that one port can encrypt messages to several different receivers (who al
l
have different certificates)?

I know this is possible through the Biztalk Explorer OM but this is a really
bad idea when considering performance.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

You can set a message context property in either a pipeline component or
orchestration, based on your receive. :
BTS.EncryptionCert
This property Identifies the thumbprint corresponding to the encryption
certificate.
