Hi everybody,

New to BizTalk...

To do development for BizTalk 2006, can I install only VS 2005 with BizTalk
Dev components on my desktop?

Or do I need a full blown BizTalk dev setup - BZT2006 server, SQL2005, LoB
Adapters & VS 2005 - that's identical to production BizTalk server?

Thanks in advance!

As a practical matter, it is quite difficult for multiple biztalk developers
to share a common biztalk server.

You will want BizTalk server installed locally, as well as Sql Server and
the adapters you rely on.
