Hi All,

I have a general query here that I hope somebody can answer.

I have an orchestration which say for example will send 4 messages out
through a send port. When the orchestration runs, four instances of the send
port are created. Once the orchestration is complete the send ports remain a
s
an active running service instance.

My question is, why don't these send port instances dissappear once the
message has been sent out and is this okay?

Hi Scott,

The transport is TCP/IP using an adapter that has been developed by a third
party. It is not exactly supported and will probably head to Open Source so 
I
just wanted to know if it looked like some sort of problem with the adapter
before I contacted the developer.

Do you think this is the case?

Usually I've only seen items remain in an active state (in the case you're
describing) when the adapter is having trouble committing its work...
You might very well have an adapter issue.
